Spatial Port Inc. (“Spatial Port,” “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Within this Privacy Policy we will illustrate how we collect, use and disclose the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect from users through our website www.spatial-port.com (the “Website”) in order to provide our services (the “Services”).
1. WHAT TYPE OF DATA DO WE COLLECT?
“Personal Data” shall mean all the data that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or the Services or when you use the Services. By using our Services and Website, you give your consent to the processing of your data by Service Providers in the manner and for the purposes set forth above;
c. For Law enforcement, when we are required to do so by public authority, in order to protect our rights;
d. For Corporate Restructuring purposes, in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets.

Our servers are located in the United States. Please be aware that, if you are a non-U.S. user of the Services, by visiting the Website and providing us with your information, you acknowledge and accept that your Personal Data will be processed for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. In addition, your Personal Data will be processed in the United States and/or other countries, where laws regarding processing of Personal Data might be less stringent than the laws of your country. 9. DO WE HAVE CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES?
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to mobile applications with which the user communicates. We currently do not alter the Website’s data collection in response to do-not-track signals from your browser.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and for any reason. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page. We will always mention the last update in it.
